Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a therapeutic treatment to relieve discomforts during pregnancy, like back pain, muscle tension, and poor circulation. It's generally safe after the first trimester, around 15 weeks, when the body stabilizes and the baby develops. Most therapists recommend starting in the second trimester for safety.

I hold a Master's degree in Biopharmaceutical Science and a Bachelor's degree in Thai Traditional Medicine, both from esteemed universities in Thailand.
